Fresh Rainbow Trout...Mmmm!





Caught it...

Cleaned it...


cooked it...

...and ate it (sorry for the lack of picture at this part of the process).

Mmmm, it was good!! Simply season fresh rainbow trout with salt and pepper, dredge in corn mill or flour, and pan fry in vegetable oil. Tasty, tasty!
