Fall is apparently here, and it came in a big way. Take, for instance, the fact that 2 weeks ago we were setting record high temps in the 90s day after day. I believe we even set a record for most consecutive days in the 90s. Then today we set a record for the lowest high temperature. It was so cold today that I was cold inside my office. Inside people!! And then when I left the gym this evening it was only 58 degrees. What is this?! Now, anyone who knows me knows I LOVE fall. But I'll be honest, I'm not quite ready to say goodbye to summer yet. It seemed to go so fast this year. But I guess all signs point to fall - the apples, apple crisps, and caramel apples were all over the produce section of the grocery store, and football starts tomorrow. What more means it's fall than football season? The answer: nothing.
Against all odds...Here's hoping for a few more days of summer-like weather.
